Kendra Scott Showroom

February 23, 2015,
by Celina[zilla_likes]

During fashion week I had a chance to stop by the Kendra Scott showroom. I’ve worked with them before and it was great to see the team. They’re getting ready to premier their summer collection this April and then their fall collection in July. The summer collection is inspired by her recent trip to Mexico and the fall collection by her trip to Dubai. As always the jewelry was gorgeous and inspired.

kendrascottshowroomTheir summer collection features quite a bit of drusy, a rare stone that the company uses to give their pieces an extra bit of sparkle. Kendra Scott is actually the largest user of drusy in the world. I was always more focused on the pretty colors of the jewelry, but all their stones are real. Many are even mined straight from the source.

kendrascottshowroom2This elaborate statement necklace was one of my absolute favorite pieces. The bright turquoise and aztec-inspired shapes really show Kendra’s Mexican inspiration. Plus it went perfectly with my burgundy jumpsuit!

kendrascottshowroom6A big thank you to Kendra Scott for having us. I can’t wait until the summer collection goes on sale!
