While we were shooting this outfit on the Boston Common a woman passing by said, “What, are you working for Vogue?” I told her I could only hope to do that some day, and she said I wasn’t doing too bad for myself. I love spontaneous exchanges like this with strangers. That’s one of the reasons I love the city so much, you end up making small connections with people every day over unexpected things.

This is my interpretation of casual chic. The sweater and t shirt are very relaxed, but the outfit is kept trendy with the leather pants and cage heels and the hat adds a bit of personality.
