This dress has a very special place in my heart, it was made for me by my mom a few Christmases ago. I found a vintage pattern online and we started it together before I went to college. When I left she continued to work on it and gave it to me for Christmas. It holds a lot of memories of us going over the pattern, picking out the fabric and the findings, and assembling it together. I love the vintage style and the deep purple wool. It’s one of my favorite pieces of clothing.
