Retro in Red

September 23, 2013,
by Celina[zilla_likes]

This dress is the perfect blend of retro and modern with a short hemline, peplum, and different sized polka dots. The bustier style front give it a sassy edge. It’s one of my favorite dresses to throw on when I want to feel lightweight and pretty.
