I re-discovered this cobalt pencil skirt during a recent closet clean out. The petal slit in the front gives it a little extra elegance and it doesn’t ride up without tights. When paired with the polka dot bustier and pink bag I found it looked very much like a ’50s or ’60s vacation outfit. I feel all ready to hop on a ferry and head to the vineyard.
