New England Fall

October 20, 2014,
by Celina[zilla_likes]

I’ve traveled quite a bit and seen a lot of amazing things, but nothing quite compares to New England in the fall. As a born-and-bred New Englander the fall is my favorite time of year. The air gets crisp, the sweaters come out, the leaves change color, and everything just feels alive.

newenglandfallI went apple picking this past weekend and it made me so nostalgic for my childhood in New Hampshire. Moments when I miss New Hampshire are extraordinarily rare as I thrive off the city, but something about this weather makes me miss rolling around in leaf piles and hiking through the foliage.

newenglandfall2My wardrobe has been updated a little since my last apple picking experience (circa age 11), but I stuck with my staple New England flannel. To vamp it up a little I paired it with my signature leather shorts.
