I’ve traveled quite a bit and seen a lot of amazing things, but nothing quite compares to New England in the fall. As a born-and-bred New Englander the fall is my favorite time of year. The air gets crisp, the sweaters come out, the leaves change color, and everything just feels alive.
I went apple picking this past weekend and it made me so nostalgic for my childhood in New Hampshire. Moments when I miss New Hampshire are extraordinarily rare as I thrive off the city, but something about this weather makes me miss rolling around in leaf piles and hiking through the foliage.
My wardrobe has been updated a little since my last apple picking experience (circa age 11), but I stuck with my staple New England flannel. To vamp it up a little I paired it with my signature leather shorts.
