Headgear

February 11, 2015,
by Celina[zilla_likes]

In the crazy, ridiculous incessant blizzard that we call winter I have learned a few valuable lessons about dressing in cold weather. One is that you should always, always wear a hat. It makes such a difference. You know what they say, most of your body heat escapes through your head. Matching a hat to an outfit every day can be an intimidating task so I’ve been searching for alternatives to the traditional beanie.

headgearI found this vintage burgundy hat at a thrift store in New Hampshire and it’s done wonders at elevating my winter look. I paired it with a turtleneck and a camel coat for warmth, and leather heeled boots for a bit of an edge.
