Every year I re-watch Gossip Girl for fall fashion inspiration and for a few weeks it really shows in my style. If this isn’t a Blair Waldorf outfit I don’t know what is. I’ve been looking for a good black and white tie blouse for a while and the lace and bell sleeves on this one give it a decidedly ’70s feel. Keeping it sheer underneath prevents the look from going too saccharine.
