Time Traveling

July 9, 2018,
by Celina[zilla_likes]

I’ve always been big on vintage clothes, but this look was inspired by a particularly special piece. These gloves used to belong to my paternal great-grandmother. I’ve often been compared to her because she was a very stylish woman. I wanted to recreate a look that she might have approved of, something respectable, but with a sassy side.

Honestly, I could really get into wearing gloves on a regular basis. Even though they were more practical than anything else, wearing them makes me feel so elegant.

…and a little bit gossipy.

Dress: vintage, thrifted in NH, Gloves: passed down from my great-grandmother, Shoes: Primark, Hat: Shooz in the Berskhires
