Holiday Outfit Inspiration

November 26, 2019,
by Celina[zilla_likes]

The holiday season is upon us which means endless events that require festive outfits. I’ve partnered with FemmeLuxe for a little holiday outfit inspiration.

For Thanksgiving I styled this oversized sweater dress (available here) with edgy accessories like lace tights, combat boots, and a bold hat. The best part of this look is that you can pop off or loosen the belt at any time to accommodate all that pie.

I’ve found that there are a lot of middle ground events around the holidays when it’s not too formal but you still want to look nice. For those I’m-not-sure-about-the-dress-code moments I styled this look. The leather dress (find it here) is a statement piece but paired with the sweater underneath it becomes a cozy, fall look.

For the upscale events (or the office parties with the cute account executive) I chose this red, bodycon dress (available here). It’s a classic look especially paired with nude heels and a red lip. I went simple with the jewelry to let the dress do the bulk of the work.

I envisioned this dress as perfect for Friendsgiving or for low key parties with friends around the holidays. I know I typically go out to dinner with my close friends to exchange gifts and I want to look cute but not overdo it. Enter the versatile scarf print dress (find it here)!

What are your go-to looks for the holidays?
