Sparkle & Shine

Tis the season for holiday outfits and I could not be more prepared. For the slew of parties that come in December I typically follow a formula. Pair a festive color like a rich red or green with a neutral and add some sparkle. This is an easy way to put together holiday looks, especially when there are multiple parties happening in a week and your closet is looking especially tired.

I paired this vintage sweater with a green satin midi skirt for a retro-meets modern vibe. For an extra special occasion, add a statement necklace in festive metallics.I like to joke that I stole this necklace from the MFA’s Egyptian wing because only Cleopatra could’ve been so lavish.
