When I found this piece at a thrift store in San Antonio it was a frumpy, long, plus-sized skirt. But with a little sewing magic it became this adorable strapless mini dress! I firmly believe in making the most out of your wardrobe, whether that means wearing things in all four seasons, altering pieces for better use, or repurposing items like this skirt.
