Today is marathon day. Much has already been said about the anniversary of the bombings, so I will keep this short and sweet.
I’m so grateful to be a part of a such a resilient community. Boston is a city that never gives up, on its mission, its history, or its people. I don’t know of many other places in the world where people come together in quite the same way. Boston is not just a city, we are a family.
Congratulations to all the runners today who are carrying on that legacy.
