This magical, holiday outfit was born from necessity. I was headed to an event and it was raining. I was faced with the forever problem of how to look nice in the rain. I knew I needed to wear covered shoes but that also meant I’d probably have to wear pants. Then I remembered this glorious, satin pair from MM.LaFleur and voila, this look was born.
As you may have noticed, I LOVE a monochrome outfit. There’s something so chic about being able to pair two different pieces in similar colors together. It takes an artist’s eye to know what works and what doesn’t. These items came from totally different stores years apart but they work together like magic. I added the gold oxfords and my Cleopatra necklace for some holiday glitter. And of course, what self respecting women goes out in December without a fur (or faux) jacket?
