Best of Both Worlds

August 19, 2013,
by Celina[zilla_likes]

I put up with a lot for fashion. Constricting bustiers, sky high heels, long ungainly skirts, the whole nine yards. Comfort is rarely my priority, but some days I just need a look that doesn’t require any extra effort. This look was featured on Chaos Magazine in the street style section.  This ensemble is the…Read More

Pretty in Pink

July 23, 2013,
by Celina[zilla_likes]

I love this pink blazer, it gives a great punch to an otherwise neutral summer ensemble. I took my go-to outfit of leather shorts and an easy knit top and added this bright blazer and some statement footwear. I couldn’t afford the Valentino version of these shoes, so I had to settle for a similar, less…Read More

Lady in Blue

This blue jacquard dress is one of my go-to pieces. It’s so flattering and can be changed to embody almost any image. I can wear it with a leather jacket and cage heels for some edge, or pearls and a blazer for an interview. Dress: H&M Tights: TJ Maxx Shoes: Payless Necklace: Forever21 Photos by Jamie Kaplan.

Emily and I had been talking about…Read More

Fountain of Youth

After a short break I’m back with this sassy ensemble! Over the weekend I was home in New Hampshire and my wardrobe consisted of skinny jeans, flannel, and the occasional sweater. So coming back to the city and putting on an outfit like this was a great way to get into the week. There’s something…Read More

Girl Scout

September 24, 2012,
by Celina[zilla_likes]

I wore this outfit location scouting for Atlas Magazine last week. We have some amazing shoots planned for this issue and it’s so important to find the perfect setting for each outfit. I was at it again with the schoolgirl details in this ensemble, with oxford heels, a preppy blazer, and tights with knee-sock detailing….Read More
