When I found this dress at Goodwill it was a floor length 90s monstrosity hidden in the children’s section. What attracted me to it was the collar detailing which is very similar to other dresses I’ve seen on the market this fall. I chopped a good two feet off the hem and styled it with an oxblood bowler hat and studded booties. And just like that – frumpy to fabulous.
